We are proud to announce the incorporation of Queensland Sangeet Mela Association. QSMA aims to:

  • foster high quality Indian classical music and dance in Queensland
  • collaborate with and support other organisations with similar aims.

QSMA is building on the work done by Shen Flindell and the Sangeet Mela committee, who organised the Sangeet Mela festival from 2014 to 2019. This website is in transition between these two phases.

Please come to the next QSMA Concert:

      Hi Remalin,
Performances in Rising Star category are by application, subject to the conditions on our Awards page.
We’re not certain of the future of the festival, but if it’s held again you are most welcome to apply.
