Ku. Lillian Warrum (Odissi dance)

Lily Warrum (Odissi dance)Lillian  has been dancing classical dance styles since 4 years old. She trained as a classical ballerina from a young age and later fell in love with the enchanting melodies and grace of Odissi dance and music. She started studying Odissi in India and later moved to Melbourne to study with Monica Singh, who is her Odissi teacher and mentor. Lily’s dedication to her dance form extends to learning the Mardala, the percussion instrument used in Odissi dance music, and also studying a graduate diploma of languages in Sanskrit at the ANU. She wishes to pursue Odissi dance full time and in the future teach in Australia with the blessings of her teacher.
